1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use AdresX through a verification link, the AdresX app or USSD. AdresX is run by AGXII Intelligence & Investigations Ltd ("we", "us"). By using AdresX you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
2. What AdresX does
AdresX helps confirm where you are. We record evidence, apply written rules and give a verification level and, where a level is reached, a certificate. AdresX is in closed beta and may change.
3. What we ask of you
- Be at the address when you capture your location, and give true information.
- Do not use fake-location tools or try to trick the check.
- Do not share a verification link with someone else.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
4. Your location and your consent
We read your phone's location when you tap the button. If you choose to, you can also check in on other days. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. Details are in the privacy notice.
5. Results
Your result is shared with the organisation that asked you to verify. A level shows how strong the evidence is. It does not prove who you are, and each organisation makes its own decisions.
6. Certificates and links
A certificate lasts 12 months. Anyone who has the link to your certificate can see its location code, so share it only on purpose.
7. Acceptable use
You must not copy data from AdresX in bulk, guess codes, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
8. Availability
We do not promise that AdresX will always be available or error free during the pilot.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show the current terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
