Delete or manage my data

You can ask us to delete your data, show you what we hold, correct it, or stop using it. You do not need an account.

What deleting covers

• The address record and any certificates.
• Check-ins and the evidence history.
• Phone claims linked to the address.
• The address text held with a verification link.

Records that a bank or another organisation keeps under its own duties are held by that organisation. Ask it separately. We may ask you to prove the request is yours, for example by opening the link we sent you or confirming from the same phone number. We aim to reply within 30 days.
